  • Sky is currently available as a pre-order while we produce our very first collection.

    We chose to launch this way so we could focus on creating every Park Pal with the quality and attention to detail they deserve, rather than rushing production.

    Thank you for being here at the very beginning. We can't wait to bring Sky to life and send your adventure home.

  • As Sky is a pre-order, payment is taken when you place your order. This secures your place in our first production run.

  • We're currently expecting Sky to begin shipping in October 2026.

    We'll keep you updated throughout the journey and let you know as soon as your Park Pal is on the way. Tracking details will be provided where available.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll always see the full cost before completing your order.

  • Yes. As soon as your Park Pal begins its journey, we'll email you with your tracking details (where available).

  • If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sky measures approximately 3 inches tall, excluding the keyring attachment.

    Small enough to take everywhere, but full of personality.

  • Yes.

    Sky can be clipped onto your favourite bag, backpack or keys, or displayed as part of your Park Pals collection.

  • Sky is designed for collectors and park lovers of all ages.

    Please note that, due to small parts including the keyring attachment, Park Pals is not suitable for children under 3 years old.

  • Absolutely.

    Sky is only the beginning.

    We're already creating new Park Pals inspired by the places, attractions and little moments that make park days feel so special. Each one will have their own personality, story and surprises waiting to be discovered.

  • We're starting with our very first collection, so we can't guarantee when or if Sky will return once it's sold out.

    If your order arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please get in touch with us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
