These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Park Pals website.

Throughout these Terms, "Park Pals", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Park Pals.

2. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

3. Pre-Orders

Some Park Pals products are offered as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your Park Pal from our upcoming production run.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only. While we will always aim to meet these dates, production or shipping delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.

If there are any significant changes to your estimated dispatch date, we will keep you updated by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

• Measurements are approximate.

• As textile products, small variations may naturally occur between individual items.

These variations do not affect the quality or character of your Park Pal.

6. Shipping

Estimated dispatch times are shown on the relevant product pages.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct before placing an order.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned items must be:

• unused

• in their original condition

• returned within the stated returns period

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Park Pal arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• your order number

• photographs where possible

• a description of the issue

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All Park Pals characters, names, artwork, stories, logos, photographs, graphics and website content are the intellectual property of Park Pals unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Pals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
